Little Gecko

After the boys found the poor little gecko I have had living in my bathroom for a while now I told them he was a baby and needed to go outside. Bryant happily took charge and put it outside but that left me with a very teary eyed Asher. So after putting Bryant to bed I took Asher outside and we chased the gecko around the back porch for 10 mins til he found a crack and hid. Then I told Asher the gecko was going to bed and so should he. Guess what it worked. He happily went to bed in his own bed tonight, yay!

Elections 2012

Today after we got home from church Dallin was taking a video of himself with my phone and I took the phone from him to hold it while he did a few tricks then he comes up to my phone and says, "I approve this message, and I am Dallin" however I turned the phone off before he said I am Dallin. It was so funny, I got a pretty good laugh out of it!!

The boys found this "little" guy out on our grapevine in the backyard. He has obviously been eating quite well!!

 He's about the size of my finger, crazy!!!

 The boys keep playing with him and I told them if they keep holding him then he will die but if they leave him alone and watch him grow someday he will be able to grow wings and fly. 

Something I was trying to teach/tell my kids was what I needed to hear too.
