We're in Trouble!!!

Tonight Uncle Jacob came by with his favorite girly friend, Camille. She is quite wonderful and Dallin has taken a liking to her!! He was giving Jacob some pretty good competition. He was showing off his amazing fighting skills. He played a little nintendo for her. He even got out his camera and took a few photos of her. At one point he even had the guts to tell Jacob when they were leaving that she wasn't going anywhere. I think his exact words were, "She not going with you, she staying here with me!" He loves just everything about her.

Friends...

I was thinking it would be fun to have a girls night. I thought of a few different ideas of what I could do at this, "Girls Night". I thought it would be fun to make these cute word displays for your homes. If this sounds and looks like fun let me know. If your interested leave a comment on which word you would like or all if you want all of them. They are $15/ per word. I am planning on having everything ready to go (words cut out and supplies for decorating) next Thursday, April 1st at 7pm. Let me know if you'd like to come.
I made this LOVE for valentines day but now I keep it in my room.

RIP Max

A tribute to our loving Dog Max...

This is the last photo taken of our sweet dog Max.
Today we had to say good bye to our friend, Max the dog.
We were very sad to have to put him down but it was for the best.
It started last Saturday when he wouldn't eat or drink and had the worst diarrhea. Sunday morning we discovered that he had thrown up all over his kennel and all day Sunday he still wouldn't eat or drink. We even tried giving him hot dogs, one of his favorites and he wouldn't eat it. So last night we started doing some research and figured out that our poor dog Max was suffering for a major dog killing disease, Parvo. I was so upset and in tears for the longest time. All sorts of thoughts going through my head. We killed him, we never completed his parvo vaccines, he could of had a better life with another family, we're so selfish for adopting a cute puppy when we really couldn't afford one. I was just so mad at myself and feeling horrible that he was suffering. So today, we took him to be put down so he wouldn't have to suffer any longer. I cried as the lady took his weak body away, and get a little upset to think of it still. He was a great dog. He was kind and loyal and we loved him! We're really going to miss him. The boys keep asking where Max is and it's killing me and Dallin kept saying"I love Max!" when we we're in the car today, talk about breaking your heart!!
We're not sure how Max got parvo since he hasn't left our yard or house in sucha long time, the only thing we can thinkof is he may have gotten it from eating a fly.Parvo is extremely contagious and can spread easily.

Dear Mr.Piggy,

I just wanted you to know Mr.Piggy that you are the apple of my middle child's eye. You are his best friend, his partner in crime, his confidant and you are attached to his hip. You have replaced his older brother. You get smelly every once in a while and have had many trip in the washer. I fear your neck will give out one of these days by the way my lovely son holds you so tightly. He loves you, did you know that? I'm sure you do. For the longest time he has thought of you as a real being, with a feelings that could be hurt. I have thought it was cute to watch him care for you the way he does, his dad thinks it's kinda weird and not very manly, but I don't care and neither does Bryant. Yesterday he took you to the park and refused to put you down. You took many trips down the slide. He even climbed the monkey bars over and over without letting go of your skinny neck once. And then the weirdest thing happened...
He took for another ride down the slide. I was watching him as he let you go down by yourself this time. He quickly followed after you but before he could reach you, a silly little girl walked by, picked you up and threw you on the ground. And that's when it happened. I actually wanted to tell the little girl it wasn't nice to throw you on the ground. But don't worry Bryant was right behind you and told her for me. And that's about the time she looked at you and (gasp) stepped on you. Yes I was appalled that a sweet little girl could do such a thing! I thought girls were made of sugar and spice and everything nice? Not that one. But that was when I realized I had feelings for you too Mr.Piggy. You are a special little guy and I fear for the day you are no longer.
^
Cause then I will be seeing this little man of mine do a whole lot more of this!!

Love, Bryant's Mommy

It's Broken...

At least that's what Dallin was telling me tonight.
Tonight while Dallin was using the restroom, we're trying to potty train, once again, at our own pace, I'm terrible at this whole thing. Anyways, he was in the bathroom trying to pee and this is what I hear...
Grunting, crying..."Mom, it's not working... I can't go pee-pee again!" more crying..."Mommy!"
Big sigh, and more grunting and crying.
I guess that's what we get for having such yummy rewards for using the potty.
I love this kid he cracks me up!!!

All Smiles!!!

The last couple weeks Asher has been sporting the cutest little smile.
Ok, actually it's not very little, it's quite big and it's very contagious!!

Dr.Seuss

As I sit in my house tonight and I look around at the mess my beautiful children have made for me I feel like I'm in a Dr.Seuss book. Most appropriately, The Cat in the Hat,and those things have done it again!!!! I mean come on my pictures on the walls are even crooked. If only I had a three handled moss covered family gradunza, or whatever that clean up thing is called.
It's a good thing the boys are planning on a camp out
tomorrow, my house needs a break in a bad way!!!
