How cute is This!!!!

The other night we were at my parents house and Corey showed Dallin this little baby doll that my mom has in the toy chest. He was so cute. I have never seen this kid smile so BIG!!!! He kept squinting his eyes and smiling so huge and then he would give it Dallin kisses. You know the open mouth slobberey kind that we all love!!! We took a little video of him to I will try to post that also. It was so funny!!!

The pictures of Dallin in the wagon are of him seeing Ducks for the first time. He rode around the whole lake just like this looking at all the different ducks.

Here he is with Daddy in the toy car. Corey didn't really fit.

Dallin's First Trip to the Park...

Well, if any of you know Dallin, he is not one to show excitement they way most people do. We took him to the park last Thursday and his facial expression never changed. However we do know that he was having fun! It's just a bummer that there is no smile on his face, we tried very hard to get a smile but no not from this kid!!!

What a Tired Boy!

Dallin just fell asleep on Daddy's lap. How cute is that!?

Check this one out!

Yesterday I made this quilt for a lady who is having a baby girl. She wanted something very girly and elegant so I did the top with satin and the bottom is a velvety fleece and Corey and Jacob helped me quilt little flowers onto it last night. Corey and I were up until 1 am finishing the quilt. It was my first quilt that I have ever quilted. It started out as a pretty bad experience cause my husband and brother-in-law were better at quilting than me but once I got the hang of it, it was really fun (except we all have blisters on our fingers now). I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. I hope the lady likes it!

Here are some of my Quilts!

I have been making quilts to sell to help out with life oh so many expensises so if any one knows of anyone that is in need of a quilt and would like me to make one for them or if you know of anyone interested in this kind of thing please pass the word along! Here are a few of the quilts i have done so far. I bind them with a satin binding and I can personalize them with the childs name or nickname.

Dallin is a mommies boy!!!

I have been making quilts to sell for some extra money and Dallin very often likes to help me in the sewing process. He is very good to just sit and watch what I am doing but it does make things a little harder!!!

Silly Dallin!

The other night I put Dallin's pants on his head and he just left them on all night. He is so fun to pick on. He just puts up with all my torture! But he looks cute doing it and I sure get a good laugh out of it too!

Our halloween party!

Last Saturday, Oct. 20th we had Jack and carolyn w/ kids, Trevor and Jenny w/ kids, Jacob, Tyler & Natalie come over for a fun night of pumkin carving, chilli eating, carmel apple candy fun time. Here is a picture of our little pumpkin. Dallin was very festive and wore his costume the whole time. Jack and Carolyn brought their new dog and Dallin loved it!!! He loves dogs.

Dallins new toy!

We were shopping at Good Will for our halloween costumes and we saw this really neat Radio Flyer bike for Dallin he loves it and is getting pretty good at getting around on it.

This morning Corey and I decided to do some yard work. Dallin was watching me on the lawn mower but got sad everytime I got to far so Corey made a harness out of some rope and Dallin was tied to me. So we set off on our mission to mow the huge back yard and about half way through our mission he was sleeping. I thought it was pretty funny so I just had to have Corey take a picture. It did make the job a little harder and take a little longer but it got done and its ok mom, it was safe. he was tied to me!!! I know he looks like he's about to fall off of my lap but I assure you he wasn't! I'm kinda crazy, almost 7 months pregnant, mowing my acre lot with my 8 monhts old son on my lap. Nuts!! But we have fun!

Last night I was rocking Dallin to sleep but he didn't want to be held like a normal baby. I know cause I was trying to rock him while holding him in my arms like you would normally rock a baby. Anyways, he crawled all over me until he found this spot. I think he was trying to talk to his brother and fell asleep. It sure was cute though so I had Daddy take a picture.

The cowboy and his dino!

Here is the cowboy himself rounding up his wild dinos and beating them with his bat.

This is my parent old VERY patient cat. Dallin sat here and pulled on it's ears and tail for the logest time and the cat never even moved. And no it wasn't dead.

Rocky Point, Mexico Trip!!!

Here we are on the beach in Mexico. Dallin is enjoying a nice bottle of milk, and then he devoures a piece of red vine. And then he chills with Daddy.

This is Dallin's first experience with the sand and boy oh boy did he love it!!!

Corey took Dallin out on the 4 wheelers and thought that it would be a good idea if he wore these oh so cool baby sunglasses. To our suprise he left them on for hte whole ride and about an hour and a half after that. He would have left them on longer but I thought that they might be bugging him so I took them off. Silly me, if they bugged him he would have took them off, right? Oh well, all the old ladies on the beach thought he was such a cutie and they couldn't believe he would just wear these glasses. He's a pretty cool kid. The girl holding Dallin in the picture is Jordan. She is a family friend and she just loved taking care of Dallin. I loved it too although i did feel a bit weird just letting someone else take care of Dallin but oh well. He was happy.

Corey took Dallin out to see the ocean for the first time and i'm not sure he enjoyed it all that well. He looks pretty scared!

Dallin loved playing in this slip and lide my mom brought. He kept putting his face in the water and forgetting how to get out. He could have played in it for hours but I felt like he had enough after about 15 min. Mean old mom!

Here are my boys walking on the beach. Dallin loved doing this he wanted to go everywhere!!! What studs!!!

Here is daddy and dallin playing in the sand. Dallin loved the sand but he was a little afraid of the crashing waves. Then there is me and Dallin. What a sweet boy just decided to take a nap on mommy's lap on the beach .

This is us at an ice cream shop in town in mexico. We loved mommy's choice of the rainbow ice cream!!!!
