I LOVE these Boys!!!!

These two little boys are my world!! I absolutely love everything about them!
I have so many reasons to be proud of them!!
They love each other so much and it is so nice to see them playing together and being kind to one another. Just tonight I was outside with them while they were playing. They had decided to take our water jug and fill it up with dirt, sticks and rocks. I was watching them and listening to them and Bryant picked up 2 rocks and put them in the jug and Dallin says, "Good job Bryant, good job!" It was the cutest thing ever. I love that he was being so kind to his brother and that he loves him so much. Dallin is always so concerned about Bryant. Where is Bryant he always asks when he can't see him. If Dallin gets a treat he wants to make sure Bryant gets one too. If Dallin has a toy he makes sure Bryant has one to, even if Bryant doesn't want one. He's really good at telling me if Bryant is in trouble or hurt too. He loves to take Bryant by the hand and take him to go do fun things. It is so sweet to see them love each other so much. Dallin has really started to impress us with his talking. He is forming sentences all the time and informing us of what is going on. The other day we were out side and Dallin was digging in the dirt and looked up just as a bird landed in our tree. He watched it for a while until it flew away. Then he got a really concerned look on his face and said, "Gosh, birdie, oh my gosh, where did the birdie go?" It was so stink'n cute!!!
Bryant is really funny with the looks he can give. He has a habit of rolling his eyes at people and giving them the evil eye. When I was growing up I had the same talent of giving good "dirty" looks and it became known as the "Kari" look. I have now passed that look along to my lovely second child an now it is known as the "Bryant" look. He is also talking quite a bit, He can say a ton of words now, but hasn't been able to form sentences, which is fine with me. I'm sure he's gonna be a bit demanding when he figures out the whole talking thing. He has taken a liking to tantrums, for which I have not. He is very good at screaming both happy screams and sad ones. He likes to get in my face and scream "MOBIIIII!!!" It is kinda cute but very annoying. I love that Corey can get him to stop any tantrum by saying the number 1 and I could count to 100 and he'd still be screaming. It's only sad since Corey isn't home very often. I have grown a lot of patients for his daily rituals and often ignore the scream fest. I think it may drive the rest of my family crazy though because my mother mentioned to me the other day that I have a lot of patients for my child and my dad took it upon himself to fix the problem. I'm not sure if it's patients or pure exhaustion. I'm leaning toward exhaustion!!! Anyways he is one adorable kid and can sweet talk anyone he pleases. You should hear his sweet little voice. All that baby talk in a sweet little innocent voice is enough to melt any heart!!!
Bryant is my accessory boy. He loves wearing shoes, doesn't matter who's he'll be wearing them if they are out. And he loves hats. His favorite is actually not a hat but way cuter. It's his trick-or-treat basket from last Halloween. It is so darn cute watching him wear that thing all around the house. I sure love that kid he's a keeper, fits and all!!!
Well I'm sure your all bored of my bragging about my awesome, wonderful, sweet baby boys so I'll end this post now!!!

Spiders...

For too long now Dallin has been getting into the fridge and bringing me the milk/juice.
We got tired of telling him to not get in the fridge and leaving the door open. So....
On Father's Day we found out that Dallin was terrified of this little guy. Scared to death. Bryant is also scared but our main focus was on Dallin.
So this is where Mr. Spider resides now and so far he has worked pretty well at keeping Dallin far from the milk/juice!!
Some may call me mean but I think it is genius!!!

Father's Day

For Father's Day my sister in law ans I got together and made these cute little desserts for our lovely hubbies. It's a hamburger and french fries if you couldn't tell. They were a lot cuter that this picture shows. We took a picture of it before they were eaten and that picture got erased so my lovely mother put together this one, the leftovers of my dad's that hadn't yet been eaten by my nephew. It consists of a TON of sugar!!!!
Cup cake, brownie, frosting colored red, yellow, and green, and the french fries are sugar cookies with sugar sprinkled on them to give the salted look. Like I said a TON of sugar!!! But they sure were cute!!!

Father's Day... and more

Well there were a few pictures from Father's Day but somehow they got erased and that's ok cause we had a great Day after Father's Day.
We went to Canyon Lake with my family and had a blast!!!
Corey has been wanting to go to the lake for some time now and my dad was able to take us all out this past monday. We really enjoyed the whole day. I invited my nephew Logan to come along and turned it into a "boy" cousin outing! After the day was over I told Corey that I would be ok with having all boys if these are the kinds of outings we would get to have! I'd much rather ski at the lake than paint my nails. Go Boys!!!
Our little family

Corey wake boarding, this was his 2nd time going and he was awesome!! I was so proud of my cute hubby!!!

Frustrated!!!

I am so stink'n sick of poopy diapers!!! I totally lost my window of opportunity with Dallin to potty train him and now I don't know how to get the kid motivated to want to go again. I change on average 8-10 diapers a day. I'm so sick of the smell of poop I'm sick of the money that I have to spend on those stink'n diapers, I'm just plain sick of it all!!! I need the super nanny to come help me potty train my child. Now I know some of you have done it in a couple days but, hello, with all the money I'm spending on these freak'n diapers I can't afford to buy the silly e-books to tell me how to do it. I wish I had the will power, or patience more like, to put my child on the toilet every 15 min.s . But I don't!! I need it, oh how I need that patience!! Sometimes I feel like if I have to change one more poopy diaper I'm gonna... well I don't really know what I would do but for gosh sakes...Anybody want to come potty train two really, really regular, I mean beyond regular boys??? Please!!!???

Wash the Doggy...

Just thought I'd tell what a cute kid I have...
So I hear what sounds like running water in the bathroom and run to see what is going on. I know my kids and they are always getting into the water somewhere. So I walk into the dark bathroom to find Dallin and Bryant both holding their own air freshener and spraying the dog down. I told them no that was not ok and Dallin turns to me and says.
"Ah, wash the doggy!"

Great Uncles and more...

Corey moved our swing into the front yard this weekend and tried it out on Bryant and he was out in about 1 minute. He even feel asleep holding onto his lunch. Poor kid!!
Then the other night we had dinner and Jack and Carolyn's and Jacob pulled out his awesome uncle skills. Here he is resting with a very tired Dallin!!And then right before dinner he round up the babies for us. He's so awesome!!
Dallin didn't enjoy it to much!!

In the Jungle the Might Jungle...

We cut down some of our dead tree the other day and it has been laying in the back yard and the boys had fun climbing on, and under it. It was pretty fun to watch, I had a good laugh!!
