Emotions....

Lately I have been on the verge of tears.

Pretty much every day, several times a day.

Not really for any reason whats-so-ever, I just start crying.

Well not really crying tears just start flowing.

My grandpa passed away on Monday, those were reasonable tears, tears of happiness that his battle and struggles were over and tears of sadness that I will no longer speak to him and get to hear his amazing stories. That my boys won't have his amazing help with their scouting years. He was a HUGE scout guru!!

We have lots of pictures though that prove he loved the scouting program and I hope my boys will love it just as much as he did. I thought about the time he came to my house to help me do some drywall in my entertainment center. He was so cute and kind to do that when he didn't have to. HE worked so hard and was out of breath pretty much the whole time and I just sat on the couch and watched as he was so happy to serve me. That is just the kind of man he was.

He loved to serve anyone and everyone.

He was so good at show people love no matter what their situation.

He was a great man and he will be missed, we loved him a lot!!

Then there have been days lately with happy tears.

Tears of amazement and ah, with this miracle growing in my belly.

Baby Boy has been moving so much lately and every time I feel such gratitude that he is healthy and well.

I love his little kicks!!! I love that I get to feel them first. I have felt them when I place my hands on my tummy and when I've tried to have Corey feel them he stops, like he wants this to just be for me for now. He is a sweet boy I just know it!!

I'm so grateful that we get to have him in our family.

God is so good to us.

For giving me my grandpa that was such a good example to me and for his kindness and love, and for the miracle and blessing of another baby boy that I get to raise and teach and love.

Oh boy...

Oh to be a growing boy and eat as much as your heart desires!!!
Now they don't always eat so well but I am finding that more times then not now they are pretty good eaters. Bryant had 3 plates on enchiladas twice last week. He's my biggest eater and him and Asher complete for the best eater.
These boys are so darn cute!!!
And they are going to make us poor with their eating habits the way they are going.

Lake Trip

Corey has been working very hard on his days off to fix my dad's sea-doo. The boys have been helping him non-stop also and yesterday at 4:00pm when he felt he had fixed most things and actually had it running he turns to me and says,
"So you wanna go to the lake?"
I looked at him like he was crazy. It was 4pm and it would take a good long half hour to get to the lake. But because he had worked so hard and they boys were so excited to help him so that they could go to the lake and play I decided they all deserved it.
So we loaded up very quickly, stopped by Subway on the way, oh and we brought our dog.
About half way there I realized we forgot our life vests for the boys, so we had to turn around and start over again. Once we got to the lake we realized we hadn't bought a parking permit. Ugh!!!
I made Corey walk around to all the people that looked like they were leaving and offer to buy their permit off of them. One guys was nice and just gave us his. Thank you nice guy!!
Corey backed the seadoo into the lake and unloaded it and told me to go park and meet him over there, where ever there is.
So I parked the car and trailer, then I realized that I had to unload 3 kids that were very excited to be at the lake, a dog that had no leash or collar on and bring our bags, plural, of towels, life jackets and food all down to where ever over there was. Daisy took off the second I opened the door, the boys chased her. I was screaming, I love the dog but if my boys got hit by a car I think I would lose my mind. I frantically looked in the car for something to tie Daisy up with and luckily I had a bunch of old ties I was going to donate and I used a couple of those. Then I grabbed the bags and Asher and told the boys to follow me. By this time I also had to pee like to ones business. Finally I saw Corey in the parking lot looking for me and I gave him the most loving look and asked him if he realized what he sent me off to do. But after all that we had a blast!!
The boys all took turns riding the seadoo and I stayed on the lake shore to watch Daisy and the other boys. We all had a bunch of fun and I would do it again in a heart beat, as long as Corey lets me unload the seadoo and he gets to unload the car.
Daisy loved the water and would follow Corey and the boys everywhere.

And this is the material I bought to make myself a new diaper bag. I love it and can't wait to get started on that project. I also plan on repainting and redecorating Asher and Baby Boy's room as soon as it starts to cool off here in AZ, which will give me plenty of time to research and find the perfect theme for their room I'm so excited!!!

Mexico Get-away!

For our anniversary this year Corey and I headed south to Rocky Point Mexico.
It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!
The wind kicked up quite a bit during the day but that was ok it was wonderful! Corey had a blast body surfing while I sat on the beach and watched. We were planning on snorkeling but the waves were HUGE, so none of that happened. I was WAY bummed, hehe. We did enjoy one another and had a very relaxing time. We ate out watched movies and went swimming a lot!
We stayed at a very nice condo that my dad has connections to. It over looked the ocean, seriously we were right on the beach. It also had 6 or 7 different pools to swim in and because we went on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday no one was there. It was almost like we were the only ones in Rocky Point. We went shopping on Monday and were the only ones in the dirt mall. We went out to dinner Monday night and we were the only ones in the restaurant. It was great!!
My favorite dinning experience while we were there had to be breakfast Monday morning. We went to a little restaurant. It has a huge dome in the middle and if you sit in just the right place under the dome you can hear the table across the room better than you can hear you on table guests. There was a table across the room from us that we could hear loud and clear. Corey and I kept cracking up. We would start to talk about something and the ladies would freak out and say how they could hear something, something besides themselves and the tv's. They couldn't figure it out. Corey and I were answering their questions and giving them advice on things they were talking about. They still couldn't figure it out they thought there were speakers somewhere, then they thought it was coming from under the table it was way too funny. I kept trying to get Corey to go over there an explain it to them but he wouldn't. We did explain it to them by just talking but they didn't listen. It was a hoot!!!
We really enjoyed ourselves and are so grateful for those that helped make this opportunity possible for us!
(Mom and Dad for the condo and watching the kids Tuesday. And Corey's mom for driving down to watch the boys Sunday and Monday, thank you!)

And the results are in...

Baby Whiting #4 is....

Another...

BOY!!

I was gonna wait to tell people but decided against it because although it seem silly to cry about it I did. I was really hoping for a girl, I even did my research this time to try and conceive a girl, but it just isn't in the plans for us to have a girl.

I am very happy to be having a healthy and hopefully happy baby boy.

I have a theory that the Whiting boys (meaning Corey and his brothers) only have one gender of child and after the results of my appointment yesterday, my theory still stands.

I am very happy to be blessed with the children I have and am so glad that I have been so lucky to have these children in our home. We are grateful for that huge blessing!!

I had a feeling last Monday while Corey and I were on a anniversary get-away in Mexico, that this baby was for sure a boy. I told Corey that I felt very strongly that it was a boy.
Yesterday when I went to the appointment Corey and I took all of the boys so they could see the baby in mommy's tummy, the one I talk about but they don't seem to understand cause they still jump all over me and ram their heads into me, anyways the dr. asked if we had any guesses on what the gender might be and I told him I know it's a boy. Then I told him to look at my kids and be very sure to be 100% sure of what you tell me this baby is. Every other time I have had an ultrasound he has always said, oh it's a girl... oh wait no it's a boy. SO I didn't want him to do that this time. I just made sure that he knew he needed to be 99.9% sure he was right before he said anything. No kidding 2 seconds after he started the ultrasound he stops and says I know what it is...
I looked at him and said, A boy.
He smiled an said yes.

So we are excited to be a little crazier around here.
I have come to realize that no matter how afraid I am of losing my boys to those "special other girls" that WILL come in to their lives, hopefully those girls will love me all the more for teaching my boys to be good house keepers and to realize that girls are a bit crazy at times and that sometimes they cry A LOT!!!

I'm an old man...

Bryant and I were playing together. He wanted to pretend we were going to a party. His party was taking place in the dog kennel and mine was just outside the kennel. Then he looks at me and says,
"Hey mom, why o you have those?" (referring to the moles on my arm)
Me- "Cause I have moles."
Bryant- "Oh, cause your an old man like me?"
Me- (Laughing) "No, neither one of us are old men."
Bryant- "Yeah we are cause we have those (which he points to his arm and he has no moles), your an old man and I'm an old man but you don't look like an old man you just are an old man."
What a silly kid. I sure love the little funny things he says.
And he is constantly saying funny things, like this one...
It might be a little to much info but its funny to me,
Me- "Bryant are you done going potty?" (#2)
Bryant- " You see that hole its still open, no I'm not done yet."
Cracked me up!!!

By the way it's hot!!!
Anyone else ready to move to another state yet??
My husband really is!! And I kinda agree
