Another Baby Boy...

My baby brother and his fiance welcomed their new baby boy into this world this past Saturday.
Sol Bradley Jones
and he is quite the cutie!!
A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!!!
Aunt Kari loving her new nephew.
Look at these two sweethearts!
Just kidding don't let the picture fool you.
Not that they aren't theb est of friends, cause honestly they are, but they aren't always sweethearts.
These two rascals are like two Tasmanian devils out to destroy the world.
And break their mothers heart.
But they sure are cute so I suppose I'll keep them. I'm just considering some kind of boot camp or something like it. I need to take a parenting class or something, this whole raising kids and teaching them ANYTHING stuff is harder then I thought!
Now this little guy may be a terrior at times but he can say some pretty hilarious things!
The other night when we were in the car Corey says to Dallin,
"Dallin your crazy!"
Dallin responds,
"Yeah I crazy like a nut!"
Dallin LOVES cameras. He is often running away somewhere with my camera.
I need to get him one of his own, a cheap one, that really works.
These last couple pictures are what he captured today.

Happy Birthday Corey!

Today my hunny turns
29
Wow! That is crazy!

We celebrated by going to a D-backs game last night. Not that we are HUGE fans but my dad had free ticket and they were great seats and who could pass up a free date?
We had loads of fun!
We even splurged and got ourselves
some ball park hot dogs, yummy!
See great seats!
And these silly guys came running by right in front of us.
And for the rest of that day that's up to Corey,
he wants to either install a shower door in our bathroom or put in a sprinkler
system in our front and back lawn. I'm rooting for the sprinklers but it's his party and I'll let him
choose what he wants to do.

And for sake of cuteness,
here are a couple of adorable photos!!

Pictures of remodel

Unfortunately they had started the demolition before we got up there to take before pictures. However I wasn't to upset because I was not very excited about taking out all the old bathroom drywall and stuff. So here is a picture of the upstairs bathroom gutted.
Upstairs bathroom after we replaced sheetrock, placed cement board in shower area, and started on drywall.
This is about how far we got on the downstairs bathroom. Dad said he could finish the drywall since he knows how to do that. We replaced ALL drywall inside of bathroom and outside walls of bathroom area, put cement board in shower area and retiled, and put in new vanity and med. cabinet, and best of all installed a vent!

This is the upstairs bathroom after we had completed it. We put in a shower upstairs!! So now they have two showers in the house. We built two small shelves in the shower for storage. We replaced the vanity upstairs and put in a new med. cabinet as well. Oh and we replaced both windows in upstairs and downstairs bathrooms.

Along with all the remodeling we did Corey and his dad spent many hours replacing all the piping in the house. It went form pvc pipe to all copper pipe.
Wow my man is amazing!!!

Project Remodel

For the last two weeks Corey and our little family headed up to Eagar to help his parents remodel their bathrooms. It was a HUGE job and to our disappointment we were unable to finish the job completely before having to head back home. But we did make a huge difference while we were there. I will post pictures later. For now checkout Asher's ninja skills by clicking HERE
