pLaYiNg___aRoUnD!!!

Today Iwas watching my niece, the cute thing that she is (poor girl gets beat up by my boys), and I pulled out the camera for some cute photo ops. They're mostly of Bryant because he was wearing my mop cover on his head and it was so cute!!
Cute Dallin!!! He loves the camera these days and cheeses it up big time!!!

Pre-Wedding Pics..

My wonderful sister got married this past Saturday. It was so great! We really enjoyed it all!
These are a few pictures of the Friday before the wedding.
My little family at the family dinner Friday night.
Mom and Bryant, he's getting so big!!

Dad and Dallin, him to!!

This was after the dinner at my sister's. All the girls got together and hung out for a while and we made the flower pieces for our hair do's the next day. I was laughing so hard in this picture that I was crying. They were so funny, they stuck straight out of our heads. We eventually figured it out though!!
I stole these pictures from my cousin Jessica(pictured above with me). Thanks, it was so fun to get to see you and hang out a bit!

My Son the "Hair Dreser"

A while ago we went to a friends house to have an Easter party and this is where I found Dallin playing with the girls. He was doing Katie's hair and she was just sitting there letting him, too cute!!!

Helping Hands

Today while cleaning my house the boys decided, like they often do when I'm cleaning, that they wanted to help. So I let them mop for me.
Dallin got a little distracted once in a while...
Bryant is a pretty hard worker!!

They're gone!!!

Well I've been meaning to post this for a while but just kept forgetting. As of a couple days before Easter we got rid of the "B's" as Dallin would and sometimes still does call them. It was actually pretty easy. I just stopped cold turkey, had a few complaints, every time he would ask for one I would just tell him that we are big kids and we don't have those anymore more cause big kids don't need those. I never once got a complaint from Bryant. He never was that into them, I think it was a social thing for him! But now I never hear about them, well unless of course he sees another kid with one. But again we are big kids and we don't have those. We don't say the letter "B" anymore around him, or the word "Binki". It's so fresh but I am happy to say I no longer panic when I'm in public, leaving the house, at someones house, or anywhere for that matter that I don't have a "B". Hallelujah!!!

The Big Reveal

Well it's been a while since we moved in and we have done quite a bit to the house. I finally had some time to take pictures while it was clean (this is an on going, never ending job of mine) so I thought I would post some pictures of the end results of our renovations to the house. We still have some more renovations that we would like to do but they will have to wait for another year. So here it is, the BIG REVEAL...
This is the entry way

So that's about it for now. We're still working on getting grass in the yard, that will happen next year and we are planning on redoing the kitchen. But for now we're pretty happy with the house as it is.

Potty Training???

My little Dallin man is ready to potty train I think. Let me give you a few reasons why I think so...

He is constantly taking off his diaper.

He has on numerous occasions taken his diaper off, ran to the bathroom got up on the toilet by HIMSELF and said poo, and gone pee lots of time and poo a couple times.

He tells me when he goes poo in his diaper.

So I'm thinking this is his way of telling me "Mom I'm ready!!"

So ladies I need your help, what are some of the ways you've potty trained, I need your help!!!
