So this past June my family and I decided to go on a fun camping trip. Well let me tell you, it was a trip to remember for sure! It all started when we were on our journey to payson (only about and hour and a half away from where we live here in the valley) and my dad's truck, the one Corey was driving and pulling the newley purchased 4 wheelers, engine over heated about 20mins maybe, from payson. We spent I think about an hour trying to get it and the four wheelers to payson to leave the truck at a relatives home. My sisters boyfriend Edgar had brought his truck and said that he would pull the 4 wheelers the rest of the way since we didn't have much further to go. (He has a smaller truck so we didn't want him pulling it very much)...Anyways so we start again on our little journey and we pull of on what we think is the spot that we are wanting to go camp and about 1/2 and hour down this very bumpy, dirt road one of the tires on the trailer pulling the 4 wheelers pops. It had popped so bad that we couldn't patch the hole. We luckly had the spare and replaced it and after about an hour of that we were on our way AGAIN. But to our dismay... five min. later the other tire blows and we don't have another spare. Luckly we were able to fix this one and decided to not continue on our way down this road anymore. We turned around, took of the 4 wheelers from the trailer, Corey and my brother Marc rode them out to the main road, and we finally got to the main road loaded the 4 wheelers back on to the trailer and continued down toward Strawberry and my dad said he new a nice spot. So FInaly about 6 1/2 hours later we arrived at our destination. We unloaded all of our stuff and were pretty please with the spot. But....yes there is another problem we are being eat'n alive by nats. Little black annoying bugs that bite and never stop. There were hundreds of them, all over. We were having the time of our lives, haha!! We did get to enjoy the 4 wheelers a bit. And we cooked dinner and told fun stories that night. The next day my dad went into town to fix the trialer tire and see if there was a better place to camp. We found a nicer spot with not as many bugs, so we loaded everything back up just to unload it 30 mins later and there were still bugs but not nearly as many. While we were doing that Corey accidently rolled one of the 4 wheelers and broke the brake on it. All was fine after that and we enjoyed our little camping trip. Dallin did great, however it is a new experience camping with a 4 month old. And my nephew was one big dirt ball the entire time but we had a lot of good laughs and a few frustrating tears but we made it and lived to tell about our wonderful journey to Pine, AZ.
