Corey likes to make these wonderful smoothies for us, aren't we so lucky!

Recipe:

Spinach
Strawberries

Blueberries

Blackberries

Banana

Cucumber &

Water

Look at that face, he's pretty excited to get some of that goodness!
This is what we also ate, cucumbers w/ salt, oranges and water.

And these were the results...

Then last night...
We went out to my grandparents house in Prescott and the boys did a little of this..

(like father like son)

So that my little brother could do this for his sweet girlfriend for her birthday.

We all pitched in and helped a little. My grandparents are so cute!

oh and the boys played outside in the little bits of snow they had.
It was a bit cold.
